Myeong-dong Street “the primary shopping districts in Seoul”
The third day finished from the tour at Namsan
Tower we continue the journey to Myeong-dong Street. The address is in
Myeongdong-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul. Myeong-dong is one of the
primary shopping districts in Seoul. The two main streets meet in the
center of the block with one beginning from Myeong-dong Subway Station (Seoul
Subway Line No. 4) and the other from Lotte Department Store at Euljiro.
Many
brand name shops and department stores line the streets and alleys. Common
products for sale include clothes, shoes, and accessories. In this location
also exist Lotte Department Store, Shinsegae Department Store, Myeong-dong
Migliore, Noon Square and M Plaza.
Many well-known cosmetic shops are very
idolized women for them to buy here. Most of the women come here to shop for
cosmetic products of Korea.
Myeong-dong also has cafes, restaurants, fast
food, etc. Other businesses in the area include hair salons, banks and
theaters.
Walking through the very pampering shops is an
invaluable pleasure. While eating snack fries and ice cream browse each corner
of the road. At the end of the shop was also found artists who were playing
musical instruments on the roadside.
Tired of walking the streets and shopping some
products I will take a break at a starbucks whose location is also located
between Myeong-dong street shopping.
Pleased to shop, relax at the cafe and enjoy the afternoon until night at Myeong-dong street. For those of you who visit Seoul do not miss this place to be one part of your itinerary.
